Flexible soft breads, such as whole-wheat flour tortillas and lavash, are the perfect vehicles for any number of filling ingredients. Pick ingredients from each of the four categories (or be creative and try out your own ideas) and follow these basic instructions:
In a small bowl, beat 1 SPREAD with 1 SEASONING. Spread on either 2 burrito-style tortillas (9- or 10-inch) or 2 soft rectangular lavash sheets (8 x 10). Top with 1 MAIN FILLING and 1 or 2 GARNISHES. Roll up tightly, wrap in foil, and refrigerate for 1 hour. Cut crosswise into 1-inch-thick slices.

Makes about 20 pieces. Note that calories and nutrition content vary depending on the ingredients and amounts used, but, in general, when using canned or other packaged ingredients, choose low-sodium or no-salt-added versions if you are watching your sodium intake. Using lower-fat ingredients reduces calories and saturated fat.
